By living in Barcelona, I have grown to appreciate graffiti almost way too much. There are tags and images on almost every corner you turn, no matter where you walk. There are even a lot of buildings here that use ‘graffiti-proof’ finishes on the facades- meaning that when it gets graffiti on it, that it is a lot easier to wash off and clean, with a small trace left. But when you look at graffiti, what do you see? I get that a lot of it is just dumb tags that people do to think they are cool, which isn’t as impressive and is actually quite dumb. But then there are the images, the designs, the art that is behind it which is really intriguing and respectable.
